Japanese Artist Makes Realistic 3D Cat Portraits Out Of Felted Wool, And The Result Is Too Purrfect

Artists have always shown us that there is no limit to creativity when can count on some great skills, and the internet is arguably the best way to showcase your creations.
Japanese artist Wakuneco takes something as simple as wool and makes incredible hyper-realistic cat portraits. She creates stunningly realistic recreations of cat heads crafted out of needle-felted wool, an intricate, painstakingly detailed process. She shared that it’s a very long and delicate work and it takes her about a month to complete one portrait, but the stunning result is worth the efforts.
She uses photos of real cats as a reference to create her portraits, and she sells his works on Yahoo Auctions, currently shipping only to Japan.
