Every child deserves to have a family. It’s the place where they grow up in love and care of their dads and moms. Unfortunately, this can only be a wish to some children. They have lived in different foster homes for years, waiting for the adoption. This hurts but they keep dreaming of one day, they will get a beloved family.

A trio of three young siblings in this story is an example. Nine-year-old Nevaeh, six-year-old Willis, and four-year-old Miquel have lived in 16 different group homes since 2016. This was not an easy experience. Who doesn’t want to live in a cozy home with their parents?

The three thought that their life would stay unchanged until they met a Darryl Anderson, a single father from Vernal, Utah. The warm-hearted man heard about their heartbreaking backstories, and decided to adopt the trio.

Anderson now has a happy family with three affectionate children. Many people said that the man offered the young siblings a permanent home. They give their father extra love that touches the deepest of his heart.

Anderson is happy to raise three children on his own. Many people think that it’s such a difficult mission but the single dad welcomes it with wide-open arms.
Anderson’s kindness changes the life of Nevaeh, Willis, and Miquel forever. Now that the trio can feel safe under their roof. Kids should always be treated that way.

“There are kids out there in this world that don’t have a place to call home,” Anderson said in a KSL news interview. “When Christmas comes, where will they go?”

It’s hard to imagine that Nevaeh, Willis, and Miquel were constantly on the move at such a young age. They almost have no time to just be kids.
Thankfully, the young siblings now have a family with their great dad. This is probably the most precious gift that God gives them.
