When a kind person found an abandoned dog living in a regional road, he contacted Dog Rescue Shelter Mladenovac for help. After receiving the urgent call, some rescuers quickly came to help the poor animal. With the guide of the kind man, they finally found the dog’s place. He was wandering around and crossing the street side to side to search for food. He looked frightened and starved.
One of the rescuers tried to approach him, but he failed because the poor dog was scared of people. The dog ran away and walked into a yard when seeing the rescuers. He seemed to think that these people would harm him. After failing several times, the man decided to use food to lure him into the trap. Because of hunger, the poor boy came into the cage and ate without any doubt.
They then closed the trap, put it in their car, and went to the vet clinic. After checking, the vets said that he was about two years old. Due to living on the road for a long time, his body was covered in fleas and ticks. He had a high fever, so they did blood test. The result showed that he suffered from anaplasmosis. He needed to get treatment of antibiotics and all the necessary medical care for his health problem.
After 3 weeks of love and care, the poor dog started to regain his health. The rescuers named him Bak and helped him make a full recovery. They also helped him find a forever home that he deserved. After all he’d been through, he could still trust humans and be joyful. We are happy to know that he is now living happily with his great owners in his loving home. We hope that he will be loved and cared forever.
