Adorable Moment Baby Elephant Is Rolling On The Floor With Laughter As His Brother Tickles His Belly

Everyone knows baby elephants are extremely cute creatures, but what we don’t is they’re fun-loving animals, too. In a heartwarming scene, a baby elephant is apparently having the time of its life when his big brother tickles his belly with his trunk. The little one is rolling on the floor with laughter and the internet simply can’t handle it.

The heart-melting scene was caught on camera in the Addo Elephant Park, South Africa. The duo’s light-hearted mood caught the eyes of wildlife photographer Lee-Anne Robertson, from Sundays River Valley, South Africa. She witnessed the adorable moment and naturally grabbed some cute snaps of it.

“I thought he was adorable, just like any baby,” Robertson explained for CATERS NEWS. “He was full of energy and looking for someone to play with. After a while he threw himself down on the ground and his older brother came over and started touching him playfully with his trunk, as if to ask him to come play, to which the baby responded and got up and started climbing on his brother.”

The baby elephants’ time continued for a few more minutes and at some point they even reversed the roles. The older baby elephant threw himself on the ground and his little brother rushed to climb on him.

Such lovely moments are very common among the elephant herds. They are very protective animals when it comes to their little ones. Apparently they also very patient and carefully with their younger relatives.

“Babies are protected and loved and doted on which is clear in this video as they mother stands nearby enjoying her joyful little family,” the photographer said. ” Watching these two was a sight to behold. They made me smile, a lot.”

Watch the lovely moment, below.
