A young kitten was found living under a house all alone. He was tiny and weak, so he was not able to take care of himself and needed an animal rescuer. Thankfully, a nice man named Josh came to save the poor kitten.
When Josh found the kitten, he picked him up and checked on him to make sure he was ok. The man wanted to bring him inside to keep him safe and warm, but his friends told him that he should wait because the kitten’s family might come back to look for him. So, Josh placed the kitten right where he found him and waited for his family.
Early the next day, Josh went to check on the kitten, and he was still there. Without hesitation, he took the kitten in and cared for him. Josh had never looked after a tiny kitten before, so he took him to a professional animal rescuer who taught him how to take care of the baby kitten.
Josh decided that he would foster the kitten and look after him until he could find him a forever home. Josh did everything he could to help the kitten grow bigger, stronger, and healthier.
Josh never planned to become a cat dad, and he didn’t even think he liked cats, but the tiny kitten changed his mind. He fell in love with the kitten and knew that he couldn’t live without this little friend.
When it was time to find the kitten a forever home, Josh decided to become the kitten’s dad and take care of him forever. He adopted the kitten and named him Smokey.
