Meet Tiger Tim, a sweet and loving cat is living in New York City Animal Care and Control (ACC). He was surrendered to the shelter by his human dad because of a new furniture (a new couch).
According to the staff at ACC, his owner took him at the center when Tim was a 3-month-old kitten. The crazy reason is the owner got a new couch and Tim could no longer stay at his house. All staffs were confused and it was not clear why the owner had to give up this adorable kitty and the little boy had to leave his home because of a couch.
At first, Tim was so sad and refused to eat for days. He was never aggressive and just curled into a little ball of misery. The gentle tabby was confused and heartbroken over the loss of his home and family. The workers in ACC tried to feed him to keep him alive.
Thankfully, Magnificat Cat Rescue have been caring for Tiger Tim with lots of love and devotion. Finally, they got Tim into a loving foster home to get him back in shape – both physically and emotionally.
Sadly, Tiger Tim went to heaven because of cancer. In his foster mother’s arms, Tiger Tim passed peacefully and quickly. We love you and hold a place in our heart for you. Rest in peace, Tiger Tim!
