If you are a husband, supporting your wife when she’s giving birth is a big responsibility and an honor. Besides, the moment you become a father and see your partner with your baby for the first time is priceless. There’s no feeling that compares to that moment, so every parent will cherish it forever. Sadly, there are many reasons why a father may not be present at the birth of his child. If he is serving with the armed forces, he doesn’t always get to see his beloved partner giving birth to their babies.
Marine Cpl. Brandon Crespo is one of those brave men. He couldn’t support his wife during childbirth and welcome his child into this world because he was serving in another country. His sweet baby was born on June 13, 2018, and he missed the chance to stay with his wife’s side and meet his child. He could only listen to the newborn son’s tiny voice with a phone call.
He was sad but had no choice but to wait until the day he came back and met his son. After two months of waiting, Brandon would finally meet his baby Noah and his beloved family. He couldn’t hide his emotion and broke into tears even before he reached his beloved partner and his newborn son. He immediately held Noah in his hands and gave him the sweetest kisses. The military man is always brave and strong during serving in the army, but he was easily moved and looked like a baby when he met his son and his family.
The cute and very emotional moment of Brandon and his son was captured on a camera and shared on social media. It quickly went viral and people couldn’t get enough of the touching reunion. Everyone agreed that it was one of the best family reunions they’ve ever seen. Their video was also shared on Ellen DeGeneres’ site, and she even invited them to be her guests on the show.

Francis, Brandon’s wife, shared that it was definitely difficult to go through pregnancy all by herself. The couple only talked once a month while Brandon was on the ship. But thanks to the love for her husband and her son, she overcame all difficulties. She also said that when her family first posted the video, they never expected it would be an internet sensation.
