Shelter Volunteers Rescue Poor Tiny Kitten From The Dangerous Street

Some volunteers at Dog Rescue Shelter Mladenovac, one of few Serbia’s largest non-profit, no-kill animal shelters, were on their way to the shelter, when they spotted a tiny kitten crossing the dangerous street. The volunteers quickly stopped the car and came to help the kitten. They thought that he lost his mom or was abandoned by someone.

The kitten was alone and was afraid of people. He ran away when one of the volunteers approached him. The man managed to catch the kitten and found out that he was a 30-day-old male. Due to living on the street for many days, he was hungry and tired. His right eye was infected, so they took him to their shelter to get medical treatment he needed.

Despite being a dog shelter, Dog Rescue Shelter Mladenovac also helps and fosters cats and other animals in need. However, this baby was too little to stay here as big dogs might harm him. Therefore, the rescuers took him to a foster home. They even gave him a beautiful name, Fabio.

At his foster house, he was fed and cared all the time. He needed more time to gain his health and adapt to his new environment. With the love and care of his foster parents, his health was nursed back and he was ready for adoption. The fosters tried their best to help him find a good home that he deserved. Thankfully, a great family asked to adopt Fabio and gave him a new life.

Fabio is now living happily with his new owners in their loving home. We hope that he will be loved and cared forever. Thank you so very much for saving little Fabio! Keep up the good work and please save the lives of many animals!
