Back in 2018, Dean was tired of his nine-to-five job, so he wanted to change his lifestyle by cycling across the globe solo. His road trip was going great until he was crossing the Bosnian border into Montenegro. His plans had to change a little bit when he came across a tiny kitten, alone and hungry.
The kitten chased him and couldn’t leave his side. He made room for his new companion in his front basket, clearing out some digital equipment and carefully placed her there. “A quick re-shuffle of my bike equipment, she is now sitting happy up front leading the journey!”
Fast forward to now, Dean and Nala have traveled and explored new places together. They are iconic travel buddies with over 860k followers on Instagram. And of course, their bond is so strong that no one can break it. Not only has Nala captured Dean’s heart, but ours as well.
