Rescuing Blind Feral Kitten And His Whole Family

Blindness is a kind of torture, especially for feral and stray animals. They could hardly fend for themselves on the streets without the ability to see, and living in darkness is always a nightmare.

That is exactly what happens to the ginger tabby kitten in this story. Since both of his eyes are covered in scab and pus as the result of severe infection, the poor cat always has trouble finding whatever he longs for, including food and his mama.

The mother cat gives birth to four kittens in a garden and thankfully he is the only one with a serious problem, the rest of the litter is just perfectly fine. The owner of the garden wants to help them but the cat mama is always on high alert and never wants anyone to approach her babies, which also means she can’t receive any help. So, that kind-hearted man has no choice but to inform local rescuers to ask for their support.

The rescue team shows up right after hearing about their situation, they even thoughtfully prepare a bottle of aromatherapy spray and a herbal cushion to soothe the fearful mom’s nerves as they take her baby away. It takes a while, but luckily it works.

The tiny blind kitten is rushed to a vet clinic nearby where they examine his eyes and discuss the solution. Fortunately, the issue is considered to be treatable. It’s safe to say the future seems pretty bright for this baby boy.

As the kitten is gone, his mother has been extremely anxious. She keeps running around the house to look for her baby and even attempts to hide her other kids. Such a loving and protective mom. Even though no one wants to separate them, they still have to do it for the cats’ sake.

While the baby kitty stays at the vet clinic for proper medical care, the informant and his family are busying cleaning the garden so the cat family would be able to have a better place to stay. They even set up a brand new house for them with enough toys and treats, isn’t it great?

After being treated, the ginger kitten can finally open his eyes and is ready to reunite with his mommy! Now he can see the light of hope.
