Hilarious Footage Of Two Massive Sea Lions “Sailing” Someone’s Boat

Gigantic animals can be playful and mischievous. They may cause trouble or commit petty crimes without realizing it. They just focus on enjoying the journey. And, we humans, can’t stay mad at these giants. They seem to be living with an innocent puppy soul.

Two massive sea lions in this story are an example. The pair decided to borrow someone’s boat and sail it on their own. The funny thing was the tiny boat that looked like it was gonna sink any second. The ridiculous footage was captured and shared on social media. It went viral. People can’t stand laughing at the cuteness of two “thieves”.

Joshua Phillips, a former professional soccer player snapped those hilarious moments in Eld Inlet near Olympia in Washington. He was enjoying a boat ride when he spotted two gigantic “perpetrators” on another boat. He was astonished at first but immediately took out his camera to capture one-of-its-kind photos.

“The vessel looked a little off, and we got closer and closer and realized there were two massive animals on board,” Phillips told The Seattle Times.

There was still unknown of the owner of the boat that two sea lions “borrowed”. We also did not know how long these two majestic animals enjoy their journey.

For those who may not know, sea lions may grow to 11 feet (3.25 m) in length and weigh almost 2,500 pounds (1120 kg). That’s easy to understand why the boat that two sneaky animals rode looked nearly sunk.
