Cobalt Blue Coat, Jet Black Scarf, And Bright Yellow Crown, The Golden-crowned Tanager Is A Breathtaking Flying Gem Of Nature

I just love cobalt blue. This blue shade is so eye-searing, making humans and creatures in it conspicuous. Additionally, this color only combines harmoniously and beautifully with several colors, bright yellow and jet black, for instance. What will happen if these three colors turn up on a bird’s plumage? That gorgeous flying creature will certainly be at the center of attention whenever they appear.

The golden-crowned tanager is among these strikingly beautiful birds. Most of its body is covered with charismatic cobalt blue, except for the bright yellow crown and jet black head and neck. There are also yellow feathers on its rump and black feathers on its blue tail.

You can watch the video of this stunning blue bird below.

Many people dub this bird a breathtaking flying gem. Do you agree?

They distribute on opposite sides of the Marañon Valley in Peru. They are commonly found in subtropical and or tropical moist montane forests.

Their breeding season lasts from March to June. When the season begins, male golden-crowned tanagers show off their gorgeous feathers to attract females.

After finding mates, female birds build their nests in dense areas. They lay 3-5 eggs in the nest and incubate them without the support of the males. They also feed the hatchlings until fully fledged.

If you fall in love with the cobalt blue, bright yellow and jet black plumage of these golden-crowned tanagers, just introduce them to your family and friends. Nature is amazing!
