Meet Sammy, An Adorable And Outgoing Seal That Loves Greeting People At The Beach Unexpectedly

Seals are among the most adorable animals on the planet. They never hide their friendliness and affection to their human friends. Recently, I have spotted an article about a rescued seal smiling happily at his 31st birthday giant fish cake. He just loves his humans so bad.

And, to an extremely friendly and outgoing seal, nothing is happier than making friends with humans around them. Sammy the seal in this story does the same. The adorable animal loves to pop up on people on the beach unexpectedly. He wants to surprise his friends with his presence.

Sammy is currently enjoying his days on Weymouth beach in Dorset, a county in South West England. The local has got accustomed to the arrival of the cute and playful seal and fallen in love with him, too.

They said that Sammy came to the beach during the peak of quarantine time. But at that time, the beach was very quiet and peaceful due to the social distancing. So, he determined to make friends when the beach was crowded again.

The cute creature seems to act like a little puppy. He loves to be at the center of attention of his humans all the time. And he has found his ways to get it.

If you are swimming or surfing on the beach, you may see this outgoing seal trying to get onto your surfboard. He even appears next to (or behind) you and gives you the happiness and most innocent smile ever. Who can resist this lovely creature? People even can’t get enough of his cuteness.

Some local people have snapped photos of Sammy the seal and shared them on social media.

Will Badman, a professional photographer spotted these images and got interested in the cute seal. He decided to visit Weymouth beach to take more pictures of the super sociable seal.

“I thought I would drive over to Weymouth, which is about an hour from me, to see if I could get some photos of Sammy as it’s something different to add to my profile,” Will told Bored Panda.

And, Will has captured adorable moments of the seal. He was also persuaded by his cute nature.

“Sammy is a cheeky young seal and the expressions on his face are funny,” he said.

Currently, a group of volunteers are watching over the seal to protect him.
