Greetje Arends-Hakvoort is a horse trainer in Kootwijkerbroek, Netherlands and she’s the one that cares for these three very best friends – Nevada, a 10-year-old Appaloosa stallion, Napoleon, a 6-year-old Shetland pony and Jack Sparrow, a 2-year-old Dalmatian. Despite being different species, this trio looks identical. All of them were born black spotted and now their friendship inspires everyone.
The three animals love to spend time together with running as one of their favorite activities. They’re fond of humans too and Greetje’s 7-year-old daughter, Jolie Lune Arends seems to be their favorite partner.

Jolie, her mom and their adorable fur companions always go on adventures together and while Greetje is riding the majestic Nevada, the 7-year-old girl and Napoleon are making such a great team together. Of course, Jack Sparrow is never missing as well.
“I have always wanted a Dalmatian dog and I love spotted horses so two of my wishes came together in a special way,” Greetje explained for MailOnline. “People always smile when they see the three together; often people refer to the 101 Dalmatians film and it brings up nice childhood memories for them.”

Greetje, who runs Human Horse Academy, says the key to these very unlikely friendship is trust. She also hopes the black spotted club will get bigger as other three horses with the same unique markings are ready to join in. “We have even more spots here now as the family is growing! We have three other horses and training them is my passion,” she added.
